Visiting Madrid and Toledo, Spain
So here was my prejudice. Spain: a dusty place crowded with young olive-skinned tweens. They kick soccer balls back and forth, lifting the dirt into the air and slash the bottom of tourist backpacks and pockets in order to steal valuables. I was wrong.
A day trip to Annecy, France
Annecy really is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to- the water in Lake Annecy is so blue and so clear and the city itself is majestic.
Eurovision and Denmark adventures
I don’t even know where to start, so I’m just going to start with EUROVISION! Because anyone who knows me would know that I am crazy about Eurovision. My dream came to realisation in Copenhagen, Denmark on the 10th of May, 2014.
From Stockholm with love
So Stockholm was pretty nice. Oh, who am I kidding. I am irrevocably in love with Stockholm. It is definitely one of my top 3 cities. It kind of reminds me of Sydney, except not as tall.

France, je t’aime! De Lyon à Paris
These measly little worlds swirling in my mind are inferior in describing the experiences that I’ve had during my time in France. But that’s okay! Because I have photos. Plenty and plenty of photos.
Going interstate to Fribourg and Neuchâtel
Fribourg and Neuchâtel - it was really exciting to see how these cities differed. Whilst very different, they similarly made my heart flutter and my eyes widen just as they did when I first arrived in Lausanne.
Let it snow, Château-d’Oex!
It’s approaching the two week mark since arriving in Switzerland! On Sunday, I went to Château-d’Oex with some new friends.
Made it to Switzerland
My International Studies In-Country Study in Switzerland begins! I’ve made it safely to Lausanne, though the past few days have been a rollercoaster of emotions.
